Both Sailor Moon Eternal movies to debut on Netflix streaming service in June

BIG Sailor Moon news!

Netflix has officially announced that both Sailor Moon Eternal movies will start streaming on their platform outside of Japan on June 3rd. Next month!

Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie Part 1 and Part 2 will both be available to watch on Netflix on the same day and each will be viewable dubbed and subbed in Japanese, English, Spanish, and a number of other languages.

A short announcement video was released on Netflix’s various social platforms which you can watch below. You can also add Sailor Moon Eternal to your Netflix list here.

Curiously, the Sailor Moon Eternal movies aren’t coming to Netflix on Sailor Moon’s birthday which is on June 30th. This makes me think that an official announcement for the next film based on the Stars arc of the Sailor Moon manga will be made then. It makes sense to launch Eternal first so that the focus can be on whatever announcements are made later that month. This is just speculation on my part though.
